Counter-Strike: Global Offensive's cosmetic weapon skins are one of its highlighted features. But there are a lot more uncovered designs that are really worth commending.

Yes, there are thousands of CS:GO skins in the marketplace, be it flashy, minimalist, psychedelic or even awkward designs, but it is never an easy task for one to choose the best weapon skins. And even when you do, many of the skins come with hefty price tags that most players may not want to spend on.

We at IGN SEA spent a substantial amount of time scouring the CS:GO Steam Workshop community for skins that would be instant hit in the market place once accepted by Valve. Below are the 7 awesome CS:GO skins you definitely would consider including it in your inventory.

AWP WuKong by CLeGFX

If you're a flashy AWP user, this splendid Monkey King design by CLeGFX is something not to be missed once it becomes available. Too bad, by the time your opponents can see the detailed custom paint, they're already dead.

Glock-18 TOY by DES

If it ever comes to the game officially, Glock-18 TOY will definitely be an instant hit. Imagine holding a gun with bright colours and toy-like aesthetics like this as you blast away the opposing team, that's the dream!

Let's just hope that there won't be any copyright infringement issues that may prevent this from being picked up.

AWP Zer0 by SerQ

The second AWP entry in our list by SerQ is packed with sleek leathery finishing and 1960s retro design. Incredible details on the scope and the gun stock.

AWP Zer0 is the kind of gun, that makes you want to sip a cuppa coffee while handling this badass in the game.

AK47 Phoenix by emka studios

Phoenix rises from the ashes and this AK47 skin by emka studios is just as hot as the rising sun!

Elegant finishing with immense class, this is the perfect model for some front door gun-blazing action.

M4A1-s Froststorm by Blossomalex

Are you calm and collected? If you're not, this M4A1-s Froststorm skin created by Blossomalex is so cool that it may soothe your nerves just by having it in your inventory.

Practically speaking, it may be a little too bright and attention-grabbing, but when you're cornered by a guy holding one of these, it will definitely send chills down your spins (pun intended).

AK47 Skulliosis by GunJunkie

Fitting for any proud flanker/ganker, Skulliosis AK47 by GunJunkie is craftily designed with the perfect balance of aggression, details and style.

If AK47 is your poison, Skulliosis is the cyanide you want if it ever made it into the game.

P2000 Sakura Slice Gold by Donschi and Blazer

Finally, we want to end this list with a classy P2000 skin that will let you frag in style. Embedded with golden Sakura and Cherry ornaments, Sakura Slice Gold by Donschi and Blazer is the dream of every P2000 user.

Inspired by Japanese katana, this gun will let you live the fantasy of being a yakuza turned special force should it see the light in CS:GO.

We sincerely hope that some (if not all) of skins on the list will be picked up by Valve in the near future.

While there has been controversy around gambling with CS:GO skins, paying homage to skins isn't succumbing to the path of gambling; it's an expression of appreciation to the content creators, players and the organisations in the growth of Counter-Strike as a whole.
