The Unity engine is the most widely used third-party game development software worldwide, and we at IGN Southeast Asia are proud to partner up with Unity to introduce "Made With Unity Spotlight". The objective of this new feature column is simple, which is to showcase outstanding Made With Unity games, explore hidden gems, as well as behind the scene stories featuring some of the best developers and artists in the gaming world.

Being on a distant planet is one thing, but when your dog gets kidnapped by aliens? That's the cue to break out the big guns. And you will do exactly that in Galaxy Gunner, a 3D FPS mobile game where you get to channel your inner John Wick in an attempt to save your dog from the clutches of extraterrestrial lifeforms.

Galaxy Gunner was developed in just over a year by MOG Game Studios, a small team of 7 members based in Vietnam. The team got started on Galaxy Gunner with the aim to make a 3D FPS title for the new generation of mobile gamers. Since then, the game has been downloaded over 500,000 times on the Google Play Store.

The game is basically a 'Last Man Standing" type of shooter but done with an 'easy to play, but hard to master' mindset, players are not required to have at least a moderate amount of shooting skills or FPS experience as the game is beginner-friendly but does get harder each level as you progress through the game.

The colourful shooter game, made with the Unity engine is jam-packed with a bunch of amusing and rib-tickling elements which gives a lighter tone on FPS games with hilariously designed aliens that looks like it came out straight out of a cartoon and also offers an arsenal of eccentric weapons like the crocodile gun and a vacuum cleaner along power-ups that will help you in the game.

Overall, Galaxy Gunner offers a fun and relaxing way coupled with light-hearted humor and its a great way to just sit down and de-stress. The award-winning studio, known also for being the developers behind the acclaimed Dead Target game, are dedicated to bring more improvements to the game.

Galaxy Gunner is available now on the Google Play Store for FREE with favorable reviews and a rating of 4.6 stars.
