Orianna has been temporarily removed from the Worlds 2022 Championship after a visual bug involving her ultimate was discovered during a recent match between Rogue and Gam Esports.

The bug in question was discovered and pointed out by a League of Legends YouTuber, Vandril, who is well-known in the community for discovering bugs within the game.

In his tweet, Vandril said the bug occurred when Orianna's ultimate’s visual effect showed up on her character model instead of her orb.

About two hours after Vandril’s tweet, LoL Esports tweeted that Orianna had been disabled for Worlds 2022 until further notice due to the aforementioned bug.

On the League of Legends’ official website, the hotfix to resolve Orianna’s ultimate bug was included as a mid-patch update.

With this hotfix, we could perhaps see Orianna being picked again for upcoming matches as she was only picked once at Worlds 2022 before her ultimate bug was discovered.

On a related development, Vandril also tweeted a bug affecting Gnar’s Q, which caused his boomerang to be redirected after it was thrown.

However, the official LoL Esports Twitter account has not issued a statement about whether Gnar would also be disabled.
