With A RM 250,000 Prize Pool, Selangor Cyber Games is Back!

The Selangor Cyber Games (SCG) has been a staple in the Malaysian esports competitive scene for a few years, since it's premiere in 2014. Now, it enters it's 5th edition with a bigger prize pool and a longer list of esports titles.

The tournament will be held at Empire City, Petaling Jaya, Selangor on the 27 & 28 October. The best players across Malaysia will compete over 6 esports titles for a total prize pool of RM 250,000.

Game Titles & Prize Pool Allocation

Dota 2- RM 70,000 (320 Players)
Player'sUnknown Battleground (PUBG) – RM 20,000 (64 Players)
FIFA 19 – RM 60,000 (512 Player)
PES 19 – RM 20,000 (128 Players)
Tekken 7 – RM 30,000 (164 Players)
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang – RM 50,000 (640 Players)

Dota2, PUBG, FIFA 19, Mobile Legends, Tekken 7 & PES 19 Will Be The Titles For SCG 18.

Players can start registering NOW at www.selangorcybergames.net and the slot will be given based on “first come first serve”, therefore if you want to play in this tournament, you better register fast.

There will be no online qualifiers for SCG and all the matches of the tournament will be played at the offline event live. So get ready for a hectic weekend if you’re participating!

This year's edition of the Selangor Cyber Games is officialy organised by the Selangor Sports Department (MSN Selangor), Mineski Events Team (MET) Malaysia & Big Machinez. With these veterans organisers onboard, players and spectators alike can be assured of a good experience during the SCG.

On top of that, Zotac will host a LAN party in-conjunction of the event. Titled as Push The Limit, the LAN party aims to gather over 300 games to share their experiences and ideas. There will also be workshops during the event where gamers can attend to find out more about the esports industry.
